What this website collects, what it does not, and how enquiries are handled.
The short version
This website does not run advertising trackers, does not set analytics cookies, does not collect anything through a form, and does not build a profile of you. It is a set of static pages.
Information we collect
Enquiries
There is no enquiry form on this website. When you use one of the “request a consultation” buttons, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message ready to send to the chambers. Nothing is submitted to this website, and we receive nothing at all unless you choose to press send in WhatsApp.
Whatever you then send us — your name, your number and what you tell us about your matter — we use solely to respond to you and, if you become a client, to act on the matter. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing. WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp, and Meta's own privacy terms apply to that service. If you would rather not use it, call or email the chambers instead.
Local storage
Your browser stores two small values on your own device: a record that you have acknowledged the disclaimer, so you are not asked again on every visit, and a note that you have already seen the opening animation in this browsing session. Neither is a tracking cookie, neither identifies you, and neither is transmitted to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes both.
Server logs
Like any website, this site is served by a hosting provider that records standard technical request logs, which may include IP address, browser type and the page requested. These are retained by the provider for security and operational purposes.
Maps
The map on the contact page does not load until you click to load it. If you choose to load it, Google receives a request from your browser and its own privacy policy applies from that point. If you never click, no request is made.
Confidentiality and privilege
Please do not send confidential, sensitive or privileged material — by WhatsApp, by email or otherwise — before we have confirmed an engagement. Information sent to us before an advocate–client relationship exists may not attract privilege, however it was transmitted.
Once we act for you, everything you tell us is governed by our professional duty of confidentiality, which is considerably stricter than anything described on this page and continues after the matter ends.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become matters are retained only for as long as needed to deal with them and to run conflict checks. Client files are retained for the period required by our professional and statutory obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an enquiry that has not become a matter. Write to contact@anveshanaconsultants.in and we will respond. Requests relating to an active or former client file are subject to our professional record-keeping obligations.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date below.

The first conversation costs you nothing but the time it takes. Message the chambers on WhatsApp and we will tell you plainly whether you have a matter worth pursuing, and what it will realistically take.
